These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Osweng Space — a personal dashboard and gateway hosting the owner's applications, including the Account, Portal, and Portfolio apps. By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to these Terms.

This is a general template, not legal advice.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the apps, you confirm that you can form a binding agreement and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication and saving your recovery codes.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use.
• Probe, scan, disrupt, or overload the apps or their infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code or unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

4. Intellectual property

The apps, their design, and their original content are owned by the project owner and are protected by applicable law. Content you provide remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to store and display it within the apps so they can function.

5. Disclaimers

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the project owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the apps.

7. Termination

You may stop using the apps and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the apps and their users.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the project evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law
